We made a reading corner in the classroom with a bookcase filled with heaps of books. These books are very useful for your theoretical research and touch on several aspects of the visual storytelling and design. It is not allowed to take these books with you and they are not meant to leave the classroom! We frequently lose expensive books that we paid for with the budget of our minor and sometimes even with our own money. Do you want to read the books? Use the reading corner. Do you want to read them at home? Get your own copy.
We don’t have a mandatory list of sources, but here’s a list with useful books and resources, also known as Body of Knowledge and Skills (BoKS). Here you will find recommended sources you can use for general knowledge or for certain skills. The BoKS is –just like the field of work– in constant development. We would really appreciate it if you think you have come up with a valuable contribution. 👉 The list is sorted thematically, so just use the navigation to find what you’re looking for.
